For our residence we have a beautifully built 1999 home with 3 private rooms and two communal sleeping courters. The residence will include every luxury you would need and or want for cooking, cleaning and relaxing after a intense training session. We have a 160 meter gravel path for any runners who prefer the feel of natural earth under their feet. You can also find our gym located in the hanger adjacent from the home equipped with brand new state of the art machines and weights ready to be used to train you to your max potential. Now for all of our cyclist you should know our 5 acre property sits right atop of Sugarloaf Mountain the 5th highest point in the whole state of Florida. This is sure to give even the most experienced cyclist a new and thrilling training opportunity amidst the beautiful scenery, under the warm embrace of the amazing Florida weather, your journey towards greatness begins.
